NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER

During January I received an sms from Telkom Mobile indicating that my contract would be expiring soon and that I would be contacted by Telkom Mobile to discuss the possibility of renewing the contract and a promotion attached thereto. I did not receive the promised communication. I contacted Telkom via email and requested that I be contacted. I received the following very short and abrupt email from them:
"Good day

Please visit your nearest store for the upgrade.

Regards
Tumi"

I do not find this acceptable and demand that I be contacted and treated in the way a loyal customer should be treated.
