I have received no joy with my mtn contract whats so ever, my contract expired in July I phoned mtn to terminate the contract on 29 July 2013, the last payment was suppose to be on 31 August 2013. They just decided to go into my account deduct again this month for no reason. I phoned them again this morning spoke to different people and call cut off, redial spoke to Mongesi who couldn't explain why did they deduct my account this month beside that i am on a month to month contract that i didn't sign for as a customer I request to spoke to teamleader was put on hold for 30minutes because their team leader Brenda Lebeloane refused to take the call. i have made numerous calls to them complaining about the network I decided not to renew my contract as i was not able to use their data bundle, where am staying I couldn't connect I have informed them of such and nothing was done. What i want to know who signed up for a new contract as I didn't my contract was 24months and i would like to be refunded R319 is a lot of money to give away.
