Cell C
Nightmare never ends

I did not renew my contract with Cell C after it expired on the 26th of August. I notified them in writing more than a month before this date. I even received an sms confirming that my contract would not be renewed. To my surprise, Cell C deducted money from my account in mid September. I called them and I was informed that they were going to terminate the contract, again! At the end of September, they once again went into my account and tried to get some money. There was non to deduct but I had to pay a R115 bank penalty. This is truly a nightmare. I will NEVER encourage anyone to sign a contract with Cell C.
