Not closing the account after asking them to do so

I am seriously getting sick and tired of Autopage now. After recieving a bill and requesting that they close my account i still get billed from this company. Please i really need some one to help me here because these people is really trying to bankrupt me. Why are you doing this after i requested that this line be closed So from R6100. to a bill of R7008.01 i really do not know what to do any more. I really considering going to the ombudsman now.
