THREE MONTHS ON AND NO PHONE AND NO ANSWERS AT ALL

I was advised by MTN to contact my nearest branch with regards to the repair of my BLACKBERRY TORCH. I had visited the store on the 19th January 2013 and completed all the relevant documents with details they reuired from me to enable them to send my cell phone to MTN INSURANCE. After a SIX week wait I was eventually told that the repair for my phone was going to cost OVER R 2000.00 to repair and after contacting MTN INSURANCE to explain to them that i was insured with them!!?? They then agreed that all i had to pay was R150.00 of which i was told to EFT into their account before they would repair and release the phone for my collection.
Since then i have contacted them TWICE and told that my phone was somewhere in Midrand and then on the last call to them i was told that my phone was ready for collection at the store in Randparkridge.
Today i go to collect my phone NO PHONE, ranparkridge called mtn insurance and they have recieved my proof of payment in feb, but the phone has not been released yet from repairs.
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO I ASK TO SPEAK TO MANAGMENT AND NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP AND THEY FOREVER IN MEETINGS.
How do i get my phone or can i pls have a new phone?
