Terrible service at the foreigh exchange division

I went to Standard Bank Randburg on Monday 02/09/2013. I go there monthly to collect money via moneygram - I usually find the same gentlemen, its a pity I cant remember his name, but he always is pleasant and very professional. I received the most pathetic service on Monday from a Lesego Robinson and a coloured lady who I didn't get to see her name tag. Lesego was rude, had a bad attitude and was not professional at all.when I asked if the funds will clear immediately in my acc because I always take cash I was told yes within 5 minutes.By Tuesday morning the money still had not cleared. I had to make 2 calls to the call center and they tried their best to get a hold of somebody after they had sent an urgent email to foreign exchange and eventually got through to a Teller who then called someone for me after I insisted. I spoke with Deneo Sauls who said she's the manager, who was equally as unprofessional, unhelpful and with the same attitude Lesego has. She made silly excuses as to why nobody had gotten back to me and cleared the funds and said the email was given to lesego to attend to! She said her senior is Gugu Ndlovu. I would like this to be addressed please.
