I bought a faulty Sansui 39" LED tv on the 15th of June. I phoned the store on 1July after I had an accredited istaller having a look if everything is correct. I spoke to Lesego and he told me its ok I must bring in the tv and I can get any other 3D tv for same price if its in the same price range. He offered me the Hisense 42" 3D tv for me at R4999. I told him I refuse to pay more. I also told him that I will go to head office with this. Yesterday at 15h50 I phoned him the last time and het confirmed it will be loaded for me for the same price. Today he is denying everything to Christelle the store manager. Promises are made and not kept by Lesego. I'm wasting time and money here at the store. Never will I ever trust the store because of Lesego
