MTN dont care about their customers

Last week Monday i went into the Northriding branch to dicuss my upgrade. On asking why i should continue to pay R2.85 per minute when competitiors are selling packages ay 99c and 30odd cents, i was told that the manager was out but would get in touch with me - I am still waiting.

The last time (before CellC and Virign) i called the MTN retention branch and told them i was tired of being ripped off and was going to leave - the response was tough, leave.

MTN you are nothing more than a bunch of rip off artists. I have been an MTN customer for 13 years and cant wait to leave
