You dont have chips take it or leave it

Yesterday around 5 pm, i went to kfc to buy supper, when i got there i was told that the family treat does not have chips as they where not ordered, but they cant replace the chips with anything on the menu, when asked why they said that was the manager orders, so you either take it or leave it. I then requested to change it to the one that comes out with mini loaf, i was told again that they dont have mini loaf and they are not replacing it with anything, wow thats great customer services, most of your meals comes with chips or mini loaf and when you are out of stock tough luck... you still pay full price..
