Empty Promises!

My Cars broken back Windscreen was reported on 6/12/2013, I was told that I would be contacted within a few days to have it repaired, NOTHING! On 23/12/2013 I went to the branch to find out what is going on, Sam told me that she is very sorry, she was on leave, and would give me a call the same day and let me know whats going on as they dont have stock, STILL NO CALL! On Monday 30/12/2013, I couldnt get through to the branch, then called the call centre, The call centre then called the branch while I was on line, "Earl will call me Back shortly"... NO CALL! I went to the branch the same day... Sam then told me that she is very sorry as she was on leave, AGAIN, and will call me the same day on when they will get the glass, so that they can arrange to come TO ME and fix it! NOTHING! Earl called me on 31/12/2013 and said that they will get the glass THAT SAME DAY, he will call me as soon as it arrives SO THAT I CAN POP IN TO HAVE IT REPAIRED, Still no call???
