No nottification

I claimed for a cell phone a few weeks ago with Finrite which admistrates cellphone claims for altech, i asked the consultant that assisted me at Finirite if there are any charges involved whem claiming she said no, when collecting the phone i aslo asked if there are any charges involved when claiming just to prepare my self finacially consultant Assisting me also said no. then on the 02/10/13 im debited an extra amount whe i call the call center they tell me tha its the cell phone access, i was never notified at all by the access amount that would be debited on my account meaning that i did not budget for it.
