I am still waiting for my new phone as promised

My name is Tshidiso. Four weeks ago I lost my phone, I claimed for it and got a call about a week later saying that my claim was recieved and was sent to management and that they will call me withing 24hrs on which they did not. I had to call them for an update. I paid an access amount of R600.00. I was told that I was going to get a new phone after paying the access amount. I waited four working days still the was no call and then again I had to call them for an update. It has been a month and I have not recieved my phone.
