HI, I logged a problem with Vodacom custormer care on Sunday and up to now my problem has not been resolved. I received an email yesterday morning that the problem is fixed, but they dont call me or ask me, they assume it is and now I am still sitting with the problem. I replied to the email and now a new call has been logged and the story starts allllll over again. Vodacom has the worst service I have seen in my life. It takes forever to get a reply and then its a useless reply. They also lie, because they say I will get a reply within 1 hour, but 12 hours later still nothing.
I think its time to put a nice story in the news papers, because its not the 1st time
