It has been 9 days and my roaming data services are still not working??!! Every time I call vodacom customer care they say they will get back to me within 24-48 hours, and when this times goes by I must phone them again to ask whats going on. Then I will receive an sms saying it was fixed but it still doesn't work. So they dont phone or ask is it working now. They assume, so I must log a call again and the process starts again. Or every time someone says they will get back to me or its a priority case and no one gets back to me, maybe 4 days later.

How difficult can it be?? They should change their name to empty promises because thats all I get from useless Vodacom, this is really the worst service I have experienced in my entire life.

Luckily for Vodacom I can only post something here every 5 days, otherwise I would have doe so every day.

So, how much longer will it take to get my problem solved??
