Bad service with upgrade of contract

I was due for an upgrade and went to 8ta/Telkom mobile shop in Mall of the North in Polokwane. The person who do the upgrade for me forget to do a Sim swap. The new phone only takes a micro Sim and the old phone have a normal Sim. The next day I went back for the micro sim and they told me only to come back on the 1st October and then they can do a sim swop. That was not acceptable for me as I now have an new phone that I can't use because of an employee who do not do the things right the first time. I went to a 8ta shop in Richardsbay to see if they can help me and they told me unfortinatly not but they can help me with a sim swop on a pay as you go what I then did. Today I went for the sim swop and the lady want a proof of residince. For what it is a contact phone?? I want to cancel the contract because it only cost me a lot of money now for all the trips to the shops for the sim swap that has not happend yet and for the pay as you go sim that has no use when I get the contract sim. We also phoned head office to complain and they told us to go back to the store and the store just keep saying come back in October. So we just have been screwd, Competition here I come!
