My husband upgraded to a blackberry q5 about 3 weeks ago on the day that we went to chatz cellular phalaborwa mall to pick up the phone they did not give my husband a orginall micro sim card and did not do a sim swop they took my husbands normal sim card and went in the back of the shop and cut his simcard to the size of the micro simcard and came back out and said they did a sim swop and charged my husband 150 for the sim swop. they then told him that he receives a poutch with the phone but they do not have stock and that we should return in about a weeks time to pick it up we went back twice and eatch time they said they havent got stock yet today my husband went again and the man told him that he had to pay for the poutch and it would cost R450 for the poutch. so how do we recieve a poutch with the phone but when we go to pick it up u have to pay??? and gharge u for a sim swop that never took place?
