YESTERDAY I WENT TO MTN TO UPGRADE. THE NEW PHONE TAKES A MICRO SIM CARD SO I HAD TO DO A SIM SWAP. I WAITED FOR THE SWOP TO COME INTO ACTION, BUT BY THE NEXT MORNING IT HAD NOT YET. I CALLED MTN SP AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING ON THEIR SYSTEM ABOUT A SIM SWOP ONLY AN UPGRADE. THEY WANTED ME TO GO BACK TO THE STORE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN. I REFUSED SO THEY OFFERED TO CALL THE STORE. THEY THEN PUT ME IN TOUCH WITH ANGIE FROM THE STORE, WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE. SHE ASKED ME TO GIVE MY CONTACT AND I COULDN'T, SO I CALLED HER BACK A LITTLE LATER. SHE EXPLAINED THEIR WAS A PROBLEM AND SHE WOULD GET BACK TO ME WHICH SHE DID NOT I TRIED TO CALL HER AGAIN BUT HER PHONE WAS OFF. I CALLED MTN SP ONLY TO FIND OUT NOTHING HAS YET BEEN DONE ABOUT THE SIM SWOP. I FEEL THIS IS TAKING WAY TOO LONG AS I NEED TO USE MY NEW PHONE NOW.
