Cell C billing is pathetic

This is my second report of the same issue since it has not been resolved after spending hours on the phone being put through to every department in Cell C. And being reported on Hello Peter last month.

They all promised me there was nothing owing on my account as it has been deactivated, and now I have been charged R494 for what?
Sisa spoke to me last time and assured me all credits had been passed on the account.

My contract was cancelled in April. APRIL! That is now 6 MONTHS AGO!!
Please stop billing me.
I have paid settlement.
I have paid the last bill after giving notice to cancel, in APRIL!
You are now my money.
Please, please, please, what must I do?
