I'm disgusted with the service i received from cell c.i took out a blackberry contract i received the fone via courier on the 16/09/2013 on the 21/09/2013 the fone shot off and on and then it said error 507 reload software.i phoned customer care spoke to the repair centre they told me to take it to cell c regional office in pe i got there to late as they were closed already.i phoned cell c monday and told them they said its fine i can go tuesday i asked them if they will be open they said yes.when i got there they were closed.i went again on wednesday they reloaded the software but the fone was still not fixed.they foned cell c while i was there and they gave me a obf number and promised to pick up the fone and replace me with a new 1.until today i'm waiting i foned customer care 6 times today they all gave me different stories..they also told me the couriers has been strugglling to get hold of me another lie.all i want to say is that im very unhappy i hope they pick the fone up by today if not i expect them to pick it up tomorrow morning and i refuse to wait more than a day for my replacement fone.elsae they can cancel the contract and i wont pay cancelation fees.
