Domain transfe

I have been trying since October to transfer my website domain with Afrihost. I keep getting the same email after every phonecall saying it will be done in 5 days. Nothing gets done!! Just transfer my domain, my new hosting company has sent through the request numerous times. This is insane!!

When I phone the call centre all they do is tell me to phone the new host company. What am I supposed to do?
