Unable to Reconcile Account

I have an MTN Anytime 200 account through Nashua Mobile. This account allows R200 worth of "free" phone calls and / or data every month before "out of contract" billing starts. Based on the itemized bill I receive from Nashua Mobile, I have calculated and tried to reconcile my actual usage to ensure that I do get the R200 worth of "free" calls and data. Some months it reconciles 100% (give or take a few cents), but other months it can be out by significant amounts. Despite numerous emails and telephonic discussions with Nashua Mobile, they have been unable to supply me with a detailed reconciliation for the months in question.
Nashua Mobile's Accounting system seems not able to provide the necessary detail. Very poor showing indeed.
