Unexplained Increase in Data Usage

In December 2012, we experienced a huge unexplained increase in Data Usage on 2 of our company phones, one being used mainly for phone calls while the other is used exclusively for 3G. We have contacted Nashua Mobile, just to be told that it must have been something we have downloaded. We have repeatedly requested proof as the numbers are used for totally different purposes, while detailed billing shows identical usage patterns, which very clearly points to abuse/. One of the bills went from around R2000 per month to over R8000, which was duly debited from our account.
We have been following up with Shane Jacobs at Nashua Mobile in Winelands over and over again but to no avail.
6 Months on and Nashua Mobile still ignores any queries and requests with the apparent hope that this irritating customer will give up at some stage.
Overall Nashua Mobiles service is absolutely shocking with total disregard for corporate customers.
