Provider is furthering ruining credit record

I had a contract with CellC, small package about 100 rand a month, unfortunately the stability of previous employment resulted in me without a job early in the contract, Cell C was notified of the situation to which they said it will be noted, fair enough im a person who pays his debts when due, all in all i've ended up being a defaulter on TransUnion even AFTER i have settled all out standing amounts in full (amount given to me by cell c legal team) after applying for new contracts i am told i am still listed as unpaid, this is utter, i can withstand for being a defaulter but the least they could do is update transUnions database with a PAID comment, its nearly a year later and i have months showing NO UPDATE, this is utter and as i have been a former CELLC client before and was willing to re do business with them regardless of the bad run, UTTER and UNPROFFESSIONAL
