BILL WRONG FOR THE 6TH MONTH NOW!

This is now the 6th month that my account is wrong. I escalate the issue to accounts, they credit my account with the overcharged amount, but then the next month I have to go through the whole process again. I have spoken to numerous people, very helpful, but unfortunately my problem does not get resolved. I want this issue resolved and if they cant resolve it for what ever reason, I want the account closed. I do not have the time to waste on a cellphone bill every month
