Today was the 3rd time in 2 Months that i had to phone Cell C regarding a query on my account. A query that has now been dragging on for 2 months. Firstly: How do you dish out phones and load the wrong phone on the account- In my case I received a S4 but a Note 2 was loaded on my account. Secondly: The promised discounts are not being loaded. I'm supposed to get 1Gb every month for free (seeing that I'm on the straight up 100).
To top all the frustration off with the account, the "super fast internet" that they brag about is almost Non- existent. My phone has full signal yet still goes to voice maill... Whooosssaaaaa

I am now fed up! An account that is only supposed to be R 400 a month is nearly double every month, and Cell C just seem to be dragging their feet, with resolving the issue. I would defiantly NOT recommend Cell C to ANYONE! I've had to many sleepless nights, endless fights over the phone, with no outcome whatsoever!

Today they again promised that my query will be escalated, well now Im taking matters into my own hands
