I have a contract phone with the suppliers my charger was faulty so I had sent it back for repairs, it took about 2weeks for it to be fixed when I came for collection because they had told me to come fetch my handset.
When I expected my charger to be fixed they had done something I had not asked them to do a software upgrade, they did not deal with my charger as I told them it was faulty! Right I had to leave my handset once again for them to deal with correct issue, mind them I still have to pay for my bill but my phone isn't working and I haven't received feedback on what's happening till this day all this happened in July already it's October. I would really like to know what are they expecting me to do and what am I to do??? I'm beyond angry!
