After my first contact and response by Cell C, my issue related to "traps" set up without my knowledge, and that has caused extra charges to my account, have not been resolved as today the 1st of October, my account was debited with 189.80 Rand more than the contract value. I was informed that this was caused by a certain other supplier MIRA Networks using my account and charging without permission, and even if cancelled I am still charged. This service and lack of ethics are just unacceptable, invasive and an abuse. I will go to a shop to attempt to find anyone competent enough to explain to me this procedures, but on the meantime, I will not use this account anymore and I think that THEY Cell C should spend less money in adverts and use half of it to provide a good service that attracts clients (I presently feel more like a victim) instead of using dirty techniques with other organizations to TRAP their victims. Might make no difference to you the loss of yet another "victim", but remember that many more might follow. I am reverting to Vodaphone and pay for this mistake, by considering the amount for the 2 years as an installment for the now expensive phone.
