I logged a complaint with Vodacom about the exceptionally bad reception I get at the place I recently moved into.

At 1st the response was good, "yes, yes we will check and see what we can do". Now Vodacom comes back saying the new tower is planned but no completion date and in fact no starting date is set for this new tower and they cant do anything to boost the signal in my house.

I told the call centre rep that its not good enough as I need communication around the clock to do my work and that the company has multiple numbers with Vodacom but he flatly refuses to come out and install a booster claiming that the technical team said it wont help. I don't believe this and personally think there is another agenda here.

At this stage I need to drive down the road if I want to download the bigger mails and use other functions such as Dropbox and Skype.

I'm really disappointed at Vodacom for I always considered them to be the better option. I hope my opinion gets to be restored.
