I applied telephonically for a data contract special at the start of September. Instead of putting me on the plan I applied for (ie open contract) I was put onto the top up. The consultant failed to inform me that the top up plan did not include the free night owl (the whole point for me in the first place. I found out, when querying the balance for the night owl later in the month, that I was on top up. I immediately asked that this be rectified and was told i would be called back in 2 days. instead of a call I got an sms that the contract had been cancelled. I called to find out what happens next and I was told to reapply. I did & then was told that the application is with legal which is closed on weekends. After being transferred from department to department repeatedly a consultant told me he'd escalated the call & legal would call me back as soon as they open on monday. They never called. Every single number I tried at legal disconnects me. customer services consultants & vodaworld keeps transferring me to legal but i still keep getting disconnected. their own consultants can't even reach legal!! One salesperson's incompetence is now a MAJOR inconvenience for me.
