Refusal to replace a product bought at the store

I bought a Samsung tablet at the store in March this year. Within the 7 months that i have had this product, i had to take it in for repairs twice. It has since been returned to me and the tablet still does not work properly. I sent a letter to the store requesting a replacement. The letter fully described the problem and all relevant details but received no response. I then went to the store to speak to the manager but that proved to be unseccuessful. I showed her the letter but she said that all she can do is book it in. I then explained to her that it has already been booked in on two occassions but it still does not work. She then said that only the technicians decide if the product should replaced, the fact that the client expresses complaints the same problem occurs is not taken into consideration. i then asked what other options there are, and she said i should go to head office. she didn't even offer to call and consult with them on my behalf, i have to incur extra expenses and drive there myself because she cant do it. I the asked for the contact details of their legal department, but she she said she doesn't know them, which is odd. Im so stressed and nobody is helping out
