Poor service and non customer centric procedures

Good day

Roughly 2 months ago I upgraded from blackberry to the samsung s3 and requested to cancel my BIS, However I have spoken to two consultants and have had not joy. They have advised me to return to the branch and request a refund which I feel is unacceptable. Due to negligence on the consultants part I now need to be incovienced by traveling back to the branch to request a refund and I still have to wait several weeks for the refund. I mean what is the point of your complaints department if they are not able to assist with requests of this nature and give you a resolution on the complaint. Do you not think its time for change where as you think of customers when procedures are put into place.
