Cell C impossible to deal with

My father in law passed away in a motor vehicle accident. Since 12 August we have tried to cancel the contract due to the fact that my Mother in law does not have the money to carry on with the contract. We have spoken to Cell C contact centre 084140 on several occasions. Every time you deal with someone else and according to them they have not received any of the several emails send even though we have received a response from them acknowledging the receipt of emails. On 26 September I faxed a letter to their legal department and received a call from Simpewe. Simpewe told my husband that the good will be blacklisted but that the contract will be cancelled we just need to confirm with 084140. Today I phoned and spoke to Mezlin and Theresa. There were no notes on the system even that my Father in law passed away, or that we have lodged several calls. Cell C phones my Mother in law threatening her that she will be handed over on a regular basis. My Mother in law who was also in the accident has not even recovered from the accident and the death of her husband then she needs to receive these calls.
