Cell C Scheming a pensioner! Sies!

My mother was lured by cell c call centre to accept a contract phone. she's a pensioner with no other source of income. Having tried to explain this and return the phone to no avail, my mother decided she will run the contract to its end. Like clockwork she pays her subscription at the branch monthly-in march she received a note from cell c that the amount for march is outstanding, despite several submissions of proof of payment! despite her regular payment, they have suspended her line- which is an unfair business practice. And the call centre agents are rude to my mother. After 5 months, cell c should be able to trace this amount from their accounts but they could not be bothered, because it's a pensioner! I feel this contract should be cancelled and my mother be refunded all the payments she has made.
