Battery for Samsung S4

It takes 3 to 4 working days to get a battery for a Samsung S4. How is this time period acceptable? In some cases the battery only lasted 3 or for 4 months and then it takes close to a week to get a replacement. Unless you choose to take the phone to Samsang and wait a week or two while they figure out why the batteries tend to swell on this phone. I think the stores should expect better service from their supplier. The stores are quick to move the phones not so quick to support them.
