My mother, Helena Susanna Nienaber passed away on the 20th of September 2013. She has a cellphone contract with cell c. After her death, I faxed the death certificate to the customer service. So they blocked both of the phones. The one phone she used to pay cash each month and the other was taken by debit order from my bank account. But they still deduct the debit order and they refuse to open the line. They did tell me that the legal dept will contact me, but nothing yet. I can't pay for services that I cannot use. It is 2 payments already. I- want a refund please. If you will please help me.
