I am not a happy custome

I am not happy with the service of Mtn Southgate every time i go there i have to complain and fight for things i am meant to get... i was told Mtn is a good service company but in my opinion everyone at that branch does not know what they are doing... i opened up a new contract there and first day getting my phone they did not even rica my sim, they gave me an old sim that they cut (i was meant to have a smart sim) because they "didn't" have the sim i was supposed to get... i took my phone in and once again they argued with me... i have now sent my S4 in for warranty claim because it was factory damaged... every time i phone in and ask about it they tell me they will call back but never do... i asked about it this morning and they told me they have no stock... the effort at this branch is pathetic i am not happy about it!!! im paying for a phone that i don't even have
