Ought a phone and dont love or like it

I bought a phone at jabulani mtn on contract and we received the phones on Tuesday i spend the whole Wednesday with the phone and i don't like it because its too complicated (the set up, setting, the thought that it doesnt have bis such things i never asked and even the sales person didn't tell me off since we know blackberry has bis) so now on Thursday day 2 of spending a day with the phone i called the shop hence they say you can bring the phone within 7days of purchase and i know that mtn have a clause that says "if a customer is not happy then you can change the phone" so now i spoke to the manager lungi because even the sales lady didn't bother to explain to me about the phone off which i don't blame her because she thought i knew about the phone so I'm not happy that i will be paying for something I'm not using cause I'm not happy with it, im so dissappointed
