Absolutly Lazy and Disgusting!!

I recently had a bad experience with my iPhone that we were unable to fix, due to me not having any credit rating as i have bought everything of mine cash, i had no choice but to get a contract. i was told about MTN being able to approve me so last week i went online and applied. the response was amazing that same day a gentleman Abel gave me a call and took down all the required information. i was told to follow up and that's all i have been doing and to this day. all they have to do is call my manager BUT NOOTHING!!! I have called everyday, three times a day and everyone wants to help yet nothing is being done. i have no phone staying in contact with those i need to reach is impossible, what must i do send smoke signals!!! this is beyond disgusting that i have to follow up and yet nothing has changed. i made it very very clear that i had no phone, and that this was of importance but no clearly no one actually seems interested in what they need to be doing!!! when i went into the MTN at The Glen store yesterday and told them about my situation they to were disgusted.
