Non nonsensical response from MTN

This is a totally unacceptable answer. I need to know as I said for what this usage was supposedly for. I have never used this amount of data in a month far less a day. Why was it detailed under packet switched data and why was it out of bundle. Surely in this day and age you can tell ne what site or whatever this amount was for. Charging me for something I did not use is tantamount to. I was with Vodacom for many years and never got anything close to this ridiculous situation.

Just tell me what the charge was for and do not tell me for data because I do not use it.
