I would like to thank Barbara at Mtn Wynberg branch for assiting me and going the extra mile in assisting me with my phone Sony (Go). I had a software problems and nothing seemed to work on my phone. I was unable to receive calls, text, etc and i struggled to update the software on my own. She took it upon herself to take my phone home with her and see if she was able to update it. She called me after working hours explaining what the problem is and evetually after more than 2 hours of struggling she got my phine to work. I am really really impressed with the services I received from her. Thank you very much Barbara.
