I applied for a contract phone via MTN, when the i-phone 5 was delivered I realized most icons where not responding I returned the phone within the warranty period. The store manager said he will handle the matter. Phone was booked back to the technicians, came back still faulty, i then decided to cancel the contract. to my shock MTN has sent me a bill of R588 that has to be paid. The i-phone is still with them I have not even used the device.
When I query the cellphone number the number is still not registered on the network
Please assist me with this, the cancellation department keeps tossing me left and right.

Winlet
