I got a new contract in the beginning of June 2013 for Cell C at Game in the Cape gate centre. 4 days after, the phone started rebooting itself, and i had to drive al the way back to the store for a OBF. Got the new one, and a day later that one was faulty to, so i had to drive all the way back to Cape town. ( 150km one way)
I ten told then to cancel the contract, because, first of all there is no 3G reception at my house, and secondly receiving 2 phones in one week, which is suppose to be the best phone on the market, i am just not satisfied.
Now it has been 3 weeks since then, and still nothing has been done regarding my cancellation.
I am using the cheapest phone on the market, just to be active on the network.
I want to port back to Vodacom, as the customer care at Cell C just is not responding to my queries. I have phoned numerous times, and no feedback from anyone. pathetic!!

I am fed up with this.
Having to drive 600km after phones within a period of a week, and not being able to use the 1GB that you offer, and then having a problem to cancel it is absurd. Both these phones was returned within my 7 day OBF
