I returned my phone (SONY mobile Experia Go) to MTN Vereeniging for repairs since the cap enclosing the charger slot has been broken and the reference number 3631886 was given to me. On receipt of my phone back from Mtn the cap was replaced and it looked well. To my surprise, when I got home and tried to use the phone all the data in the phone has been erased (social networks and settings). It was now difficult to make calls and send messages since the phone would freeze and not easily switch on. Due to this I struggled with the phone until I sent it back to the store with a complaint.
I called MTN technical call centre today (a week later) and they only informed me that they still have not received my phone so it is still in Vereeniging store. This has been a really bad service from Mtn and I do not have a phone now. I have to suffer for their unnecessary delays and irregularity on fiddling with my phone and not concentrating only on what I requested. I swear not to utilize their service ever again. This is so unprofessional.
