Horrendous and extremely disappointing service

I received my phone in december the 24th 2012, a new sony experia t from the store at world wear in fairland. a month later, on the 25th of January 2013 it went off and it never went on again so i took it to the store to find out the problem, they told me its software problem so i have to put it on charger and try to on it again. i did at home and it still would not go on, i then gave it back the following day. they took it for repairs and untill today i have not received that phone. i had to buy a new phone and get a new sim card cos the one on that phone i cannot use on any other phone. i cannot receive smses from school, my bank or any other important things. am i not supposed to be frustrated? when everytime i went to the store they telling me to come after a week or two. really i tried to be patient but this is just too much to take. now suddenly the repair department is telling me they going to replace the phone and they are "waiting for their stock"... when i got the phone they never told me any of that rubbish. i am extremely disapointed with mtn as this is the 2nd time they giving me a bad exprience but just today they debited me for the same phone i havent used for 3weeks
