Worst treatment ever!!

Got a new phone end Aug. Phone froze 6 weeks later while travelling up country In Richardsbay. Went to branch in Boardwalk. Refuse assistance but to book phone in. I explained I'm not from there but is on business trip for another week. No loan phone. I am a R2500 customer a month. The manager had fake nails and she could not open the phone as it will damage her nails to take out the sim. I had to do it. I then eventually went home and explain to vodacom that the phone have.a defect if u go to google Screen freeze, Nokia Lumia 20 then u will see all the complaints. They then booked the phone for repairs. 29Sept. The phone came back and was replaced. All my photos and details on the previous phone I can not get. They send me a Yellow phone. A screaming yellow. I requested another phone. Now I keep on getting messages that the phone got back to repair. Centre. Daily i am getting told its under repair.for the second week! Should I not be treated as a VIP if I pay R2500 a month. Can u not ask for a imediate replacement on store level and courier one in 2 days if u know it needs to be replaced. No loan phone get offered for 4 weeks and the inconveniance of 6 weeks with out it.
