No network coverage!!

CELL C.. if you can not provide the service I am paying you for then please cancel my contract. I am losing business calls and I am losing money!!!

I am unable to make or received calls on most evenings between 6PM & 10PM. There is simply no network for calls, internet of email and this is in JHB & PMB.I have logged several complaints with CELL C. This issue has been going on since I took this contract at the end of 2012. CELL C promised to send someone out to test my line and to test the area network but nothing happens. My frustrations are at boiling point. Eventually then send me a replacement sim card and say if that does not work then they will cancel the contract. The new sim does not fix them problem. Now the senior management that assisted me is not even responding to my mails. check Ref 2122800909 & Ref 3041604308 and Ref 3041604325
