I called the Call Centre because I was having trouble loading airtime on my mobile phone on the 23 September 2013. I spoke to an agent called salvation, when I called in I asked for her help to load airtime cause I can't do it on my side, and to my surprise she goes on about canceling my WhereRu services and I tried to stop her yelling that, its not what I asked for and she continues talking @ that point I was so upset and asked her to reverse what she has done because I asked for help to load airtime that's it, she responded with saying that the line was bad she didn't hear me. How is it then she does as she pleases if u can't hear the customer? I questioned her if she will sort out what she has done & she reassured me the WhereRu service was not cancelled and helped upload airtime. Later that day I received a confirmation that my service was cancelled disgruntled I called mtn again and an agent Merlyn lodged a complaint with no response I called again on 25 and spoke to an agent who said somebody by the name of Frank is handling the query and they will contact me during the course of yesterday to date I have received no feedback. I will not accept a charge for the re subscription
