A loosr too many times

My husband and myself decided to do a online upgrade as they were launching the new z10and had had some great promo gifts. After receiving the phones we discovered that we never received the gifts. After spending two weeks on the phone calling everyone and been put through to everyone else I called a company in Durban that handles the online upgrades.they said they would courier it and that was a few months ago.the result? Nothing a big fat nothing. I never wanted to cut my losers but just gave up. Now my phone was and I needed to do claim for it only to find out that they never upgraded it.now they want me to take a phone that's not worth even half of my phone, who is responsible for this? We were told that everything gets sorted out online once the upgrade is done.this is not the first time I we refuse to pay in anymore money. To add insult to injury we still have to pay in extra for the new phone something that also was not stated when doing the upgrade online. We need help as this is just not accepted. We are both holders of more than one contract and been good customers for many years. I dnt feel as we been taken care of but our money is good enough. Very bad se
