On Thursday the 26th September 2013, I took my Samsung Tab2 for the second time to Mtn Woodmead as it did not want to switch on. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Sumaya. I explained to her that I was bringing the devise back for the second time in less than a month of it being fixed the first time. She aaid to me they will bpok it in for repairs. I told her it I did not want a repair but a new devise and she told me I needed to bring it back with the box and original contents. I then told her I don't think I still have the box she then went on to say that without the box she can't help me. I told her that as a paying customer I did not want the devise repaired as it's the same problem as before. She then said I need her help so I must listen to what she is saying and since I don't want to listen she simply walked away. Now to me that is bad attitude and service for something that I'm paying for and should be treated as such.
