Termination of contract

I took out a contract two years ago. I now have tried to terminate the contract, but no luck at all. I spoke to numerous call centre agents, but as soon as they hear that i wants to termenate the contract, then they tried to get rid of me. I have send numerous termenation letters, but no one seems to know how to termenate the contract and in the meantime they just deduct my money. I now know that i made a mistake to take out a contract with virgin mobile. Can some one in the highest ranks contact me to termenate this contract as i will never deal with this company again.
